Glenda took her time to explained all documents that i was signing. She walked me through the process to homesteading my property. She was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Thank you for taking time to break down all the documents at closing. O...and she got all the snacks!
I’ve used prominent closing services for around 3 or 4 personal closings now and I can’t say enough good things. First off, they’re super positive and professional, but even more they caught something that was never filed by the previous closer I was using on my home. I won’t use anyone else- they have a customer for life.
Prominent Closing Services is simply superb. My encounter with Glenda and her team was excellent. Everything went smoothly. They are professionals,efficient, friendly and extraordinary. I will give an 11 point rating if Google would allow.

I was referred to this closing company by the real estate agent I worked with and it was and still is a poor experience. They tried to hide several fees on my closing documents, double charge me for services, and I’m still being contacted by the county almost a year later about county taxes from 2022. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and I would not do business with them or refer them to ANYONE, especially not a first-time homebuyer.
