it's been great mostly, only issue I have is that I'm very busy with work, but they send me notices/letters like every other day, and ask to enter and inspect my suite like every other week, and I can only do so much to keep up with both my job and this landlord's workload they enforce and so I'm never resting even at home. also garbage removal is very tedious here since the chutes are basically non-existent, so maybe that's why the cockroaches are more prominent as of late? these aspects make it feel more like a prison than... read more

I've had Naima as our building manager at our previous building for 5 years, and am grateful that she is now our building manager here as well. She works hard for her tenants, goes above and beyond where she is able to, and is an absolute delight to work with. The building itself is older, but comfortable, and is reasonably quiet considering it's by Jasper and a nearby nightclub. It's also a walking distance from a lot of convenient shops and services in the area.

Boardwalk Prominence place has some of the best people I was blessed to interact with diring my 3 years stay. Naima, Devan, Munia and Jewel. They make Boardwalk feel like home.
