My mother and stepdad just changed from Aetna to this Insurance. I have to say I’m completely disappointed. You need a referral for every single doctor. It takes forever to get approvals and if maybe you will get denied. Then you have to wait again to resubmit to maybe get it approved. I think it’s ridiculous. The amount of time that it takes to get anything approved I would not recommend this insurance.
When my agent recommended Prominence, I had never heard of the company …after a year I can highly recommend them!
The visit was very nice and easy. I found it easy to arrive to the location nearest to my home. The office was nice and quiet and I experienced a very professional visit/assessment.
It is an excellent idea to have an assessment, the additional checkup and tests helps to catch any lingering illnesses
