I was welcomed promptly when entering Prominence and after completing a brief survey the nurse took me in for the health review. She was competent, efficient and very nice. I was in and out in 20 minutes or so.
I knew to the his insurance. I’ve been on hold with the pharmacy for 25 minutes. I understand that sometimes it busy but. All I want to ask is why I’m having difficulty getting my prescription filled. Not a great start.
