Sad that the only 5 star reviews are from 2 employees and the CEO’s wife. Run don’t walk. The provider community and employees are terminating their relationship with this plan.
If you like shoddy, incompetent insurance companies that had their contract canceled by St Mary’s (for denying claims for medically necessary care), then Prominence is your dream. I believe that Prominence is the worst company I have ever come across in every aspect.
