Accessable and accomodating. Admin are very helpful in answering all questions. Psych team are super easy to talk too and accepting
The Promind Team are all caring, supportive and friendly. They have been understanding and helped with scheduling issues in the past and i could not recommend them Highly Enough. Andrew Wright,He is a absolute legend when I first met him I was %100 set on my ways that this was a waste of time no chance of me ever getting my life back to normal.He gave me the tools to work on,but the most important thing is I mentioned a walking group I’d seen first thing he said you have to go an do it.8 th February I did and haven’t looked back my mental health is getting amazing now.thank you to all staff and andrew at promind psychology
My therapist is Andrew, and from day 1 he has made me comfortable yet aware of any issues I may have.
Caring staff helpful and friendly clinicians everyone here is a professional and it shows, waitlist is actually managed to cut down the wait time between appointments , unlike some other practices I can't speak more highly of the overall experience.
