The receptionist was short & abrupt in general & put me on the spot to answer something that I didn't feel was her business. She misinterpreted the reason I'd stopped seeing my last doctor & said Dr Nguyen wouldn't see me because of it. When I explained that this reason didn't apply, the Dr still wouldn't see me & it was baffling after being led to believe that it'd be fine by advising me to get a referral & wasting my time. Very disappointing service, need to do better when mental health is involved!
Booking an appointment at this clinic could not have been more inconsistent or overwhelming. Left me feeling really awful.
