Staff called 2 hours before my test to let me know I could arrive early as they had open seats. Upon arrival, I was checked in quickly and notified of the rules. I had a secure locker to which I held the key at all times. Had a great experience with the kind staff.
They never answer the phone. I scheduled an exam a month and a half in advance (that was the earliest I could schedule) and I showed up for my exam at 8:30am from an hour and a half away and the testing center was closed. I received an email from Prometric twelve hours later stating that my appointment had been cancelled and not to attend. Four other test takers were also present and didn't get to take their exams. Pretty pathetic.
