I went to a Prometric test center for my Praxis. It was a great experience. They were kind and professional. I even got a kind reminder phone call two days before my test. I will go there again for my other Praxis test.
I don’t think the staff understands the gravity of these exams on each student because they dont care about you at all. They just want to go home early. They are disrespectful and rude. The black lady kept on calling me on the phone and told me to come 45 minutes early and latest when the policy is to come at least 30 minutes early to check in. Great experience friendly staff and clean facility. Seems like different staff then referenced in other reviews.
Staff were disrespectful and had an attitude. It’s stressful on its own taking a test and they made it much worse experience. Staff didn’t explain all rules/information properly. Overall, terrible experience and this testing site is not recommended.
