Experience is from an exam I took there in early March 2025. I’ve taken exams at 8 different Prometric centers over the course of my career. The staff were the most unfriendly by far of any location I’ve been to. They were extremely rude. They tried to lecture a grown man about not being at the center at least 30 prior to the exam starting. This is the only Prometric center that I vowed to never return to for an exam regardless of the situation. Thankfully I don’t live in the area.

Overall, I had a so-so testing experience at this testing location (after I almost had a severe allergic reaction to the staffs food she was eating while checking me in). When I arrived, the testing proctor was eating peanuts. Since I have a peanut allergy, I was concerned and nearly had an allergic reaction. Later, as I was leaving, the staff member at the front desk was eating Burger King. I would strongly recommend avoiding this testing center. This was one of the most stressful testing environments I have ever encountered. The atmosphere felt less like a professional testing center and more like a place where test takers were treated as though they were suspected of wrongdoing from the moment they arrived. During my exam, staff members raised their voices at test takers, enforced rules in an unnecessarily aggressive manner, and repeatedly threatened exam cancellation over minor issues. Easy to get there with a big parking lot. Unfortunately staff are not the nicest one. There was an old man who probably needs to retired. Customer service jobs are meant for nice people. We are paying.
