Please avoid this horrible place if you can. The manager is incredibly unkind, incredibly. Unfortunately, I have to give at least one star, which they don't even deserve.
Just finished taking my exam. From the moment that I arrived everyone was so nice and helpful. The bathrooms are very clean and spacious. I had read the reviews and was a little nervous but I'm happy to report that it's no longer true about the staff. I highly recommend.
My experience at this testing center was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. During my actively timed exam, a staff member approached my desk because of a minimal amount of water on its surface. Instead of approaching from the side without interfering, he stood directly in front of my computer and blocked my screen while wiping the desk. Experience is from an exam I took there in early March 2025. I’ve taken exams at 8 different Prometric centers over the course of my career. The staff were the most unfriendly by far of any location I’ve been to. They were extremely rude. They tried to lecture a grown man about not being at the center at least 30 prior to the exam starting. This is the only Prometric center that I vowed to never return to for an exam regardless of the situation. Thankfully I don’t live in the area.
Overall, I had a so-so testing experience at this testing location (after I almost had a severe allergic reaction to the staffs food she was eating while checking me in). When I arrived, the testing proctor was eating peanuts. Since I have a peanut allergy, I was concerned and nearly had an allergic reaction. Later, as I was leaving, the staff member at the front desk was eating Burger King.
