Staff were helpful and respectful
I would strongly recommend avoiding this testing center. This was one of the most stressful testing environments I have ever encountered. The atmosphere felt less like a professional testing center and more like a place where test takers were treated as though they were suspected of wrongdoing from the moment they arrived. During my exam, staff members raised their voices at test takers, enforced rules in an unnecessarily aggressive manner, and repeatedly threatened exam cancellation over minor issues. Easy to get there with a big parking lot. Unfortunately staff are not the nicest one. There was an old man who probably needs to retired. Customer service jobs are meant for nice people. We are paying.
