The check in process was a little confusing, but i think that was just miscommunication. The staff were great and friendly. The testing environment was good, the temperature of the room was just right. Overall my experience was positive

Worst testing center I’ve ever experienced. I had my name changed due to getting married and brought documentation of everything and was told I couldn’t sit for my exam. The people working were rude and not helpful at all. And the people at the main headquarters were even worse. I studied so hard to sit for this exam and to go trough this nonsense is ridiculous.

I went to a Prometric test center for my Praxis. It was a great experience. They were kind and professional. I even got a kind reminder phone call two days before my test. I will go there again for my other Praxis test.

I don’t think the staff understands the gravity of these exams on each student because they dont care about you at all. They just want to go home early. They are disrespectful and rude. The black lady kept on calling me on the phone and told me to come 45 minutes early and latest when the policy is to come at least 30 minutes early to check in.
