Experience is from an exam I took there in early March 2025. I’ve taken exams at 8 different Prometric centers over the course of my career. The staff were the most unfriendly by far of any location I’ve been to. They were extremely rude. They tried to lecturing a grown man about not being at the center at least 30 prior to the exam starting. This is the only Prometric center that I vowed to never return to for an exam regardless of the situation. Thankfully I don’t live in the area.
The staff are highly professional, and the environment is clean and peaceful.
The facility is fairly clean and easy to access. The issue that I had with the facility is that the testing room is connected to the check-in desk. Each time someone checks in, you can hear conversations from inside the testing room. Even with the use of noise cancelling headphones, conversations could be heard. It seems like most of these reviews are old / there has been a change of staff. The lady at the front desk was super friendly, kind, and willing to answer questions. She provided detailed instructions in a kind way. The place is also very clean! If it is the night before your test and you are reading reviews - please do not freak out lol! Everything went smooth! Staff were nice! Instructions were detailed! Don't worry and good luck!
The check in process was a little confusing, but i think that was just miscommunication. The staff were great and friendly. The testing environment was good, the temperature of the room was just right. Overall my experience was positive
