I took USMLE Step 3 here last month. I was concerned after seeing the reviews, but this center was my only option due to available test slots. The test went smooth. No problem with staff. Testing room was calm and room temperature was fine. Security check was snappy taking breaks was smooth. Parking is available. Perhaps not your perfect testing center but for me got every box checked for a comfortable testing experience.

I tried to go on from 11:35 until 12:35 and did not get to take my life insurance test. Tried chatting on their so called chat with an expert feature and they hung up in me. Sent a request to so called customer service had to fill out a form instead of getting to talk to anyone. Requested a refund we will sonhow long that takes. DO NOT GO THROUGH PROMETRIC. Nothing but a bunch of scammers!!!!!!!! I just tried calling them and did not help at all!!!!!!!!!! Useless that's what their customer service is!!!!!!!!!

Took the LSAT here last week. The woman at the front desk who went on to proctor was rude and Inefficient. They sent me into the room without telling me which computer to sit at, and when I sat at the wrong once they rudely walked in and redirected me. Not the biggest issue but overall a bad experience. Would recommend the Burlington center over Worcester 100%

A wonderful testing experience! The employees were very kind and patient. There was even an issue with the computer at my initial station and they switched me to a new one quickly and patiently.
