A wonderful testing experience! The employees were very kind and patient. There was even an issue with the computer at my initial station and they switched me to a new one quickly and patiently.

Well organized location. Nice and quiet, staff calls you the day before to share logistics info, and parking is easy.

I was so worried reading the reviews about this site, but I actually had a very pleasant experience. It was very easy to find the place. They had welcoming staff who were very sweet, well lit place, quiet room with noise cancelling headphones, drinking water and clean toilets available close by.. Overall a very good experience. PS: I was staying within a walking distance so I didnt need the parking, so I cant comment on that..

Update 01/2025: I had my next exam at the same location (prometric in worcester). This time I had a really wonderful experience, Ted / Nicole was at the front desk this time. Ted is a really nice person, willing to listen, he spent time to review the exam policy with me. He is very knowledgeable on what is allowed/ not for each exam. I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3 star based on this recent experience. Update: looks like Front desk admin rotate every shift, the experience I had was with the site manager who was working in the front desk during my exam day. Other employees were really sweet and are willing to listen. “I had a very bad experience at this location. The administrator in the front desk was so rude, whatever you ask she comes up with a mean and rude response.
