Would give it a "0" star rating if I could. I took my spouse there this afternoon for her first visit to donate plasma. Her appointment was for 12:00 pm. We arrived approximately 10 minutes early for the appointment. When we walked in there were approximately 20 people seated in the waiting area. When my spouse asked how long it would take, the receptionist said that it was, "First come, first serve" basis. WHAT THE HEY!?
