Rafael and another assistant came to my home three times thankfully and we're very professional very friendly and efficient. They respect to my home, my service dog as well as myself and proceeded to fix all the electrical issues that were needed to be fixed. Very appreciated.

Fantastic experience with Zack! I really can’t speak highly enough of him. I ran into a tricky situation at a residential property, and Zack not only ensured I was safely inspecting each option to narrow down the electrical culprit, but he also was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and happy to impart his own logic (in a teaching style) every step of the way. I hired Prometheus for commercial electrical and HVAC services, and I’m very impressed! From the start, their team was knowledgable, professional and responsive. The electricians did great work, and the HVAC technicians made sure everything was running smoothly. They completed everything on time and left their workspace clean. Was looking forward to working with these guys, as they were friendly on the phone and actually answered. But I never got to use their services as they cancelled our appointment at 9 AM the day they were supposed to come out (at 9 AM). Said there was too much snow when we had a dusting overnight. Not a very client friendly scheduling system. No confirmation email for the appointment, no reminders, no phone call until the moment they are supposed to show up (I had called the night before and they said we should be good to go)... read more
