Due to incorrectly entering my appointment time in my phone, I was two hours late. The staff were very understanding and accommodating. I was able to get my extension consultation done and booked the appointment for the installation. Every staff member I was in contact with was polite, friendly and professional.
Lauren did a great job highlighting my hair! Definitely recommend.
