I’m trading out a hold of my contact of my father and they were so reluctant to give me information of how to get a hold of him. My experience was negative. I found it to be an unsafe environment. The high turnover of employees is detrimental to the care of the clients. I genuinely worry for anyone living there. Some of the workers are good people who try hard, and they deserve credit, but it's just not a very professional environment overall. A few negative experiences I'll describe...Some workers had a fight inside the kitchen during dinner one time. They sometimes didn't respond to the call buttons at all, so if you fall down nobody will come help.... read more

My mother lived at Promenade Senior Living for almost 7 years, through 3 community owners. She was a happy resident, finding much friendship, activity, and care. During her last 6 months she required much more care, and the staff responded with compassion and love. They truly did love our GG!
