I have officially lived here for a week now so I felt I could actually write something of value. To start off with Christine, Meaghan, and Delaynie have been so lovely since the very beginning. I really thought i could stay here for a long time, that won’t be the case now with the MANDATORY internet fee for all residents even if you don’t have internet or have your own for a cheaper price, you now pay $50 mo for slow speed, Along with a $125 month increase in rents, almost $1800 for a 1br with fees not including the other utilities the tenant pays for. Higher rents for Stainless Steel appliances also. Exercise room is terribly outdated and small. Please look at other places in the area with more amenities and cheap... read more
