Great location! Safest part of downtown! Cool little park with people cruzin and dogs throttin along, Great energy! All the neighbors all say hello to each other... Miss our old hood at 6th and Penn (gov park/Alamo Placita) but a season, a birthday and a major holiday or two and this will be home.
