I used to be so nervous about going to the dentist but Dr Bang and her nice assistants made me feel very comfortable. She took time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. She also kept checking on me during the treatment to make sure I was comfortable and told me to raise my hand anytime if I needed a break. It was actually relaxing and pain free and done before I knew it!!!!!!!!!! The office was a little cold so they even gave me a blanket to keep me warm! She has shown me so much kindness, compassion and helped me when I needed it the most. They just don't make people like her anymore... Dr. Waxler is a true professional. Been seeing her for approximately 8 years now. Always calls me after a procedure to make sure I'm fine. I recommend Dr. Waxler's for your dental needs.
In our opinion, this dental office does not provide quality dental care. My wife went here and they installed 4 crowns. She was never pleased with the appearance of the crowns as there were excessive gaps between the crown and the teeth next to the row of crowns. She did not like the appearance of the crowns as they were not in-line with existing teeth. Went in for a cleaning, found a cavity. They recommended a root canal. Their "Coverage Specialist," came in, and told me I had 90% coverage. I told them to go ahead with the work. I was satisfied with the work My wife has the Same insurance I have. She went in for a root canal as well, and the same, "Specialist," told her indeed, everything but 10% was covered. After many years of loyal service to them, they randomly started discreetly billing my insurance under a line item code of D1330 which gets billed to me. The name of this code is "Oral Hygiene Instructions". This is IN ADDITION to my normal oral examination costs. These charges were not always on my bill, they recently started appearing. I called the main office to have these removed and they had absolutely no explanation as to why they are there or even knew what they were.
