Relocated from Charleston SC to Waxhaw NC in March 2025, and was very fortunate to meet a former employee of Promenade Center at my dentist's office in Charleston. When she heard I was coming to Waxhaw, she was effusive in her praise of Promenade, and gave me their contact info. And I am so glad she did! The care is absolutely superb. Everyone at Promenade dentistry was very welcoming and kind. I brought my daughter in for her first visit and Dr Tang and his technicians were so sweet and kind. The team is very professional, friendly and knowledgable. They thoroughly explained my treatment options, answered all of my questions and provided 5 star service.
