I am a musician contracted for a performance. They continue to delay payment, claiming the owners have to sign the checks. Its been two months and 5 phone calls. After every phone call, I’m told the check is being sent out tomorrow, then tomorrow never comes. I’m getting a strong feeling that they are having problems paying bills. Not good!

I cannot say enough good things about The Promenade at Tuxedo Place. My father was fortunate enough to be a resident there for 6 years before passing recently. The staff there (though they were more like family) were professional, kind and caring, attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Any concerns were always addressed in a timely and respectful manor. The facility and grounds were always well maintained and provided a home like setting. My siblings and I have been grateful to the staff for helping our parents transition from their home of 40+ years to a beautiful apartment at the Promenade. Suzanne, Amanda, Alice, and Christine have been kind, supportive, and extremely helpful on so many levels. I highly recommend this community for anyone looking for an assisted living option!

I have been a resident for 14 years in the independent living side in Tuxedo. In the past 2 years this place has declined in a number of ways. I observed an employee punch a female employee. They recently fired a long term employee who was not only a hard worker but also a kind and considerate helper to the seniors who live here. The smell of drugs is evident in certain outdoor areas where employees gather.
