Move out charges. – Upon move out they will charge you unwarranted charges. They charged us a carpet cleaning fee for carpet they are replacing and they charged us other bogus cleaning fees. These practices are unethical and the girls in the front office seem so nice and helpful when you live there, you wouldn't expect them to carry-on such unethical practices on a daily basis.
