I recently moved in and had a great experience throughout the process. Laniya was extremely supportive and made the application and move-in process smooth and stress-free. I really love the apartment and appreciate all the help along the way.
Anyone planning to move to this community should be prepared for frequent electricity power outages, even during small storms or light snow. We have lived here for about one and a half years and have experienced multiple outages. In some cases, the power was out for several days, which was extremely frustrating. Additionally, most of the stairways are dirty and appear to be rarely pressure-washed, suggesting that building maintenance is not a priority.
The Management team is 2nd to none and the maintenance team is Top Notch, keep up the great work.
I would give it zero if possible.
