Trash is always overflowing. Sometimes sits for 2 weeks. Dog stations are rarely changed. Said they’re low on maintenance staff so this is why they can’t keep it clean.
Maintenance person called ahead and came soon thereafter he figured out the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour He was very polite and respectful.
Very good staff at the office ( Alicia ) who welcome me each time i stop by the office. She answered any questions I have. I really like all the staffs who are working in this nice place. Lou who is the maintenance staff changed the main door lock and made extra keys too yesterday so fast and excellent customer service. You have good trained team of workers know to do their job very well. Team work and Nice job. .
Kelly and Alicia were my community managers. Absolutely made us feel welcome and really went the extra mile to make. Lou and Bucky are our maintenance technicians and were a pleasure to talk to! Prompt service and good prices. 👍 I would heartily reccomend this place to others.
