Diego, the owner is a very wise, intelligent and humble man. He's a man of his word and he knows his stuff!!! Seriously, I mean it. I called him in desperate need of assistance with my ductless air conditioner and he immediately answered, told me what day he was coming and guess what, he actually came to our house when he said he was coming. Anyone who owns a house knows how important that part is when looking for service. Secondly, perhaps the most important part, he ACTUALLY PINNED POINTED OUR ISSUE!!!
