Diego did an incredible job repairing our air conditioning unit! he arrived quickly, identified the issue almost immediately, and had everything up and running in no time. Not only does the unit run like brand new now, but Diego was also super friendly and He took the time to explain what went wrong and gave me a few great maintenance tips along the way. I highly recommend Promen Plumbing. My indirect water heater was already leaking and I needed someone to come promptly. -- and there was an issue with one of my boiler's valves which was leaking. I got Diego's name from the distributor that supplies the model I needed and they did not disappoint. He came the day I called him, promptly provided a fair estimate and installed the unit within the week. More importantly, he was knowledgable, cordial and entirely professional.
