The 4 stars is due to Aliza. She was the only professional employee I encountered during my dozen phone calls over a month to get my granddaughter's scheduled for an MRI. Central schedulings employees were rude, disrespectful, unpleasant and acted as if they just did care about their job or helping people. Finally after many tries in a month and a ton of bad service I got Aliza. she was pleasant, she was caring, she was helpful and most of all she was professional.
