Came here after a motorcycle crash. Had to ASK for a head ct.. they weren’t even going to preform it. They didn’t clean my road rash didn’t even wrap it. I asked them to help me clean it because I had rocks INSIDE my arm. The nurse threw Neosporin on my bed and said “should be enough” and left. Nurse was rude. Never comin here again. They just want you out as soon as you go in. I was here for 5 hours. No pain medications either had to sit there with BURNING pain a URGING head ache. What kind of ER is this? Competent, compassionate, and comprehensive care. The medical team worked well together. I was prepared to get poked a few times for an IV but my nurse got it on the first try (that never happens). Also, I appreciated how they explained the medications to me.

Want to give so much gratitude to Dr. Cushman and the two nurses that helped me through a difficult time last night. They really listened to me and did not brush off my symptoms. They helped assure me when I was feeling weak and afraid. They were very patient, accommodating, and had a good sense of humor. I wish all healthcare could be like this. Thank you.
