My wife was charged $14,000 for testing we didn't ask for. We also received no diagnosis and had to run the results through AI to figure out how to self treat (turns out it was a bacterial infection that the staff did not even consider). Additionally the doctor and nurse practitioner were unprofessional and rude. The NP was dismissive and the doctor said, verbatim, "why did you even come here?" Brought my daughter to this location today because of the holiday. Always feel rushed here and dissatisfied with patient care. No suggestions on where to find an open pharmacy if an rx is needed, was told directly it is my responsibility to find an open pharmacy. Also insurance charges are ridiculous compared to any other urgent care facility, they charge hospital rates here. Entered d/t severe panic attack. Someone talked to me about 15 minutes they gave me an anxiety med, took my blood pressure. Charged me over $1,000 for Very little assistance.
