The nurses and doctors were so respectful and kind. They explained everything in great detail. We couldn't ask for a better experience at an Urgent Care/Emergency Hospital.
The team at this facility are very cool and caring. If you feel like you need to go somewhere quickly, I highly recommend this place. They will take care of you here. A+ service.
Went in unable to breathe. Watched people arrive and be seen. They walked in fine. 1 was a kid that was playing and laughing. Wondered about it. Checked in my chart. They had me down as a stuffed nose. I told the nurse I could not breathe. Turned out I had severe pneumonia. Nurse was horrible. Never even said anything about a stuffed nose. Horrible.
They were very busy but when it was my turn, they took their time with me.
