Very good experience. Everything thing went smooth Staff was kind and so helpful.
My experience was awesome! This urgent care is always clean, the staff is always kind and do their very best to get you back in a timely manner.
I wasn’t a big fan of the doctor ( Dr. Nguyen) especially when he questioned one of my diagnoses and his bedside manner just seemed strange. Maybe he was having a bad day? The facility was clean, I didn’t wait long in the waiting room, staff was attentive and helpful especially the nurse practitioner.
Waited 2 hours to see a doctor for an open bleeding wound and finally left. This is not a place where you can receive reasonable response.
