Maureen helped me when I was arrived. She was very professional, kind, and helpful. I only waited a short time before being called back for my X-ray. Deanna was professional, kind, and efficient. I would recommend this location.

FYI- they are closed 12pm-1pm. Waste of time for those who have a limited window of when they can get in and the info is not displayed anywhere for people to know that which wastes a drive over there. Promedica is not patient focused in my experience.

Convenient to where I live. However, they take a long lunch (90 minutes) and though the sign on the window says they are open until 4:30pm, you had better get there before 4, since they lock the doors at 10 after.

I arrived on time for my appointment and instead of taking me back in an empty waiting room they made me wait 45 minutes for an ultrasound.then told me the first appointment ran late I said I your first appointment and ive been waiting for 45 minutes for you so where were you other staff says here on her phone like always. After driving an hour to get to the appointment in the first place having to then wait 45 minutes more on a full bladder is something I have to say pissed me off very much.
