I have always utilized this location. Imagine my surprise getting there today only to see a sign that they no longer provide X-ray services at that location. This was after finding this link this morning that clearly says ProMedica Radiology at Arrowhead, I even called and the recording said they don’t schedule regular X-rays they’re only handled by walk in.
Very wonderful! I walked in with an order and they said they take walk ins. I was in and out of the building within 10 minutes. The staff were lovely as well. A nice hidden gem in Maumee
The staff is completely unfriendly at this location. I came here to get blood drawn for genetic testing. When I was called back to get blood drawn I tried to offer a friendly hello to the tech who completely ignored me and continued the process with little communication. I understand people having bad days and wanting to just get their job done with but on the other side it doesn't take much to just say hello back.
