Never use them 3 months later get a bunch of charges for items and unused items that were returned 2 days later this place is horrible
They were very helpful with providing the equipment needed for oxygen, c pap and other needed items.
Cannot say anything good! Called them 3 months ago for my mother's diabetic supplies. Multiple calls to them and never received anything. I spent a month calling them and the doctors office. Doctor sent everything they asked for and I still have not received supplies. Not even a phone call from them. Very unprofessional. I have given up and bought supplies out of pocket because I am tired of the run around and waiting game!
Absolutely the worst company to deal with. 30-40 min wait times for customer service?! Website shows chat option but there's no chat link anywhere to be found. I'll definitely be switching providers.
