Cannot say anything good! Called them 3 months ago for my mother's diabetic supplies. Multiple calls to them and never received anything. I spent a month calling them and the doctors office. Doctor sent everything they asked for and I still have not received supplies. Not even a phone call from them. Very unprofessional. I have given up and bought supplies out of pocket because I am tired of the run around and waiting game!
Absolutely the worst company to deal with. 30-40 min wait times for customer service?! Website shows chat option but there's no chat link anywhere to be found. I'll definitely be switching providers.

Charge for items not ordered, send only head gear, when needed frame. Explained what I wanted didn't get. Took so long to get. Ordered from an online only store. At my door in 2 days
Absolutely atrocious!! As a physician, we try to avoid using MSC as much as possible given how disorganized they are and create so much extra unnecessary work for us and our patients. Shameful! I always dread when someone tells us they use MSC bc we know it’s going to be several back and forth calls before they conveniently find the paperwork we sent them from the beginning that they say they never got several days later. Causes so much undue stress on families!
