Saw doctor in late December '21 to order new orthotic insoles. Doctor was pleasant, upbeat, informative and understanding. They took molds of my feet and I was told that, with luck, I'd have my new orthotics before the New Year. Took over 3 MONTHS (!) to finally get them in. When I called after a month to find out what was taking so long, the lady on the phone simply said she didn't know, and left it at that. No apology for the delay, no offer to look into it. Nothing. They took X-rays and saw nothing then had no clue. Starting guessing what might be wrong. I found out more information from Google than this doctor. Very disappointed. Tried to sell me this ProMedica foot cream to help it. Had no idea how much it was going to cost me and said it would come in the mail. Ummm no thank you. Now I have to spend more money to go find a doctor that might know what their talking about. Very, very disappointed!
I was impressed with Dr Valkier. He seemed knowledgeable and considerate. The nurse and office staff were also courteous and competent.
This is an excellent place to get care for your feet and ankles. The doctor is extremely kind and they never done me wrong here. I truly appreciate the staff and doctor's.
