I had a same day at 12:45, I was apparently supposed to be there 15 minutes early at 12:30 which nobody told me? Why not just make the appointment for 12:30 then lol
The staff are amazing!! They’re so kind and helpful. Tiffanie Henderson is the most incredible human being!! She listens no matter what and is always so empathetic!
The staff in the office are rude and snotty. I’ll get their names and post them. They treated my wife and I like we were a nuisance. They need to replace the women up front before we will EVER go back here again! Our doctor Crystalyn was very nice. I did like her. The Toledo Clinic down the street is so much friendlier.
I love NP Tiffanie here! And I soooo wish I could continue to see her, but the way I get treated when I call to schedule an appointment every time is completely uncalled for.. like I'm a nuisance calling to ask for an appointment.
