This place is very inconvenient. They are rude, very disheartening and extremely uncaring. I was given the wrong address for Dr. Wagner and subsequently went to the wrong location 10 minutes away. The staff very politely called to let them know the error and asked to please allow my daughter to be seen when we arrived. They did not. The wait it so long .
Called to get an appointment closer to home, before giving my DOB and name was told are booking July/Aug timeframe. Once they had my info they said because I had been seen by a ProMedica location in 2023 I would have to wait until the end of October for a visit. No thanks, there are plenty of other reputable vision centers in town who would be happy to take my money and get me and my family in to the office in a reasonable amount of time. Terrible way to do business ProMedica.
