I have been going here for years and have never had any problems until this year. The doctors tend to be inconsistent when it concerns keeping already scheduled appointments. I've had my scheduled appointment canceled by the provider 2 times, months apart(sometimes it take months to get a new appt.). Also the wait times and how congested their offices then to be lately is a hassle and you have to wait longer, no matter if you have an appointment or not. I always have great experience with staff getting my eye exam but this time it took a month and a half for my contacts to come in which was ridiculously long to wait but other than that complaint it over all was good excellent service

Very disappointing customer service. Unfortunately, this is now my third negative experience with the front desk staff at this location. The receptionists are consistently rude, dismissive, and condescending. They may “attempt” to be polite and helpful, but their tone, attitude, and responses make you feel anything but welcome or respected. As someone who speaks Spanish and has an accent, I have also felt that they make little effort to understand me and sometimes act as though they cannot understand what I am saying. This place is very inconvenient. They are rude, very disheartening and extremely uncaring. I was given the wrong address for Dr. Wagner and subsequently went to the wrong location 10 minutes away. The staff very politely called to let them know the error and asked to please allow my daughter to be seen when we arrived. They did not. The women at the front desk (so rude) were speaking about our appointment to one other as though we weren't standing right there, then let me know "Well, your appointment was for 1:45, it's 2 now... read more
