Completely terrible customer service. I get it’s hard dealing with people but it is the job you chose. They didn’t explain everything and I ended up spending money on extras that are of no use to me and when I brought it up I was scolded and told to take it up with the technician.
Very rude receptionist....by the looks of the reviews and others experiences a change of staff would be a good move.....be kinder the world is full of enough rude people
I want to start off and say that my doctor is amazing but today the receptionist was awfully rude. I called for an emergency appointment since I had previously done testing from my at home nurse and when my testing came back, they said that I need to urgently make a eye doctor appointment since my test came back abnormal. I told the receptionist all of this, but she proceeded to say that she needed proof that it was in fact an emergency and I told her that I’m a diabetic, and I’ve had blurry vision for a couple days now and ... read more
The woman working the phone was beyond rude but Dr. Preston is very solid. Cannot stress enough how rude the receptionist was.
