All went very well.
Called today to try and get my son a new patient appointment and spoke to the staff after waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes. A receptionist was extremely condescending and I can clearly see why every review on here is negative.
Great experience. Efficient and caring.
Dr. Sheehan is a caring and compassionate physician. I’m finding that to be a rare quality lately and it is deeply and sincerely appreciated. He truly takes the time to listen and offers feedback with clarity and digestible information. I highly recommend him!
After being patients with this office for over 3 years we have NEVER had very positive experiences with the office staff. The receptionist Gail has consistently (many instances over the past 3 years) been the most grumpy, least compassionate ProMedica employee I have ever dealt with. Not only is she rude, but she comes across as being inconvenienced when we call, not to mention not very helpful. She needs some serious customer service training.
