I had a scheduled appointment this morning and the experience was extremely unprofessional. I completed all required intake forms ahead of time and paid the appointment fee. I logged in on time and remained in the waiting room for about thirty minutes with no communication from the provider. If you got something actually wrong with you mentally I wouldn't go here. She doesn't know enough English to hold a actual conversation with and she doesn't listen because you have to keep repeating yourself.
The first psychiatrist I was set up with, I could hardly understand a word that came out of her mouth. So they switched me to Camille Combs. I am someone who has cognitive issues due to chemo brain and ADHD. We tried a few medications that didn’t work. I know like 3 different people who have ADHD that are all on Aderol. I am not familiar with any of these drugs so Aderol is all I have to compare the other drugs to. Every time I even brought up the word Aderol, she would clearly get upset. My experience with this practice fell short of basic professional standards. I did not feel adequately supported by my provider team, and several issues I raised about my care were not addressed, including a medication that was for short term use being used for over two years and when I started having medical side effects they stated it was not the medication and messages through Promedica Mychart went unresponded to, until my wife called their office.
