I've been coming here for weekly therapy for around 1.5 years now and the changes have been incredible. Kristina is fantastic at what she does. They have the best administrative staff of any medical or mental health facility I've been to - they go above and beyond to help out with any financial problems/questions, calling the pharmacy anytime I'm having issues, returning my calls, last minute scheduling changes, and in general are just so welcoming and kind. Update: The prescriber has left me with psychological harm that I did not have before being placed under her care. Dr Younas Doesn’t follow through with her treatment plans, doesn’t seem to communicate well with other promedica providers when it comes to her patients. office visits are interrupted by a knock on the door to tell the dr that a meeting is ready or her food is ready. Younas utilized the “set it and forget it” method. Was left to enjoy the max dose of a medication and was ghosted by her for 3 weeks. I’m sincerely happy for anyone who has left this facility feeling positive, but for those that are on the fence about medication/therapy, save the copay here and seek help elsewhere, whether it be a diff practitioner or a GD planet fitness membership.
Excellent care. Excellent staff. Great receptionists.
