Dr K is such a lovely doctor! She took plenty of time to get to know me and address all of my concerns. Together we made a plan for my health journey. As a new patient, I appreciated being able to schedule my appointment easily.
Service has gone down hill fast. I had a problem and needed to see CNP I was told it will be the end of January. “That’s the is 10 weeks” So I went to urgent care. I called again to get follow up appointment after urgent care visit. I was told same thing end of January. I asked “Ivy” if she notified Ms Parkhurst only then she said she would send her a message. This is not the first time this has happened. Someone must have instructed their office workers what to do and say. 1: Who put an office workers in charge of patients ... read more

Should up at 1p.m slowest waiting room but not ghetto like st.v,2 hrs.later still waiting.
