Service has gone down hill fast. I had a problem and needed to see CNP I was told it will be the end of January. “That’s the is 10 weeks” So I went to urgent care. I called again to get follow up appointment after urgent care visit. I was told same thing end of January. I asked “Ivy” if she notified Ms Parkhurst only then she said she would send her a message. Great staff all around

Should up at 1p.m slowest waiting room but not ghetto like st.v,2 hrs.later still waiting.
This entire staff is amazing. Best practice around.
