Gotta love the American Healthcare system. Called over here looking to find a doctor based on my insurance. None of the doctors are accepting new patients. So where does one turn for care? It is embarassing to live in a world where someone is limited to X amount of options based on their insurance provider and when you those options none are available to you.

I hate the hours. I hate that arrowhead family physicians are not open on the weekends. I hate that I have to work around them. I hate that I get turned away from getting my birth control shot 50% of the time.

I had scheduled an appointment a few months ago to get a prescription I need, and ended up being a few minutes late and they denied me, which led to me having a panic attack in their office because this is a medication I really needed. I understand if it was a frequent occurrence, but they could be a little more lenient. But I'll give them that one. Since then, I've had to call them frequently to ask for refills, they have made so many mistakes on the prescription dosage, pick up location, etc. Most recently, I went to pick ... read more
