Some of the provider/staff are unkind, judgemental, and insensitive. Had 2 terrible visits...
This place is very professional. The therapist/Dr. Sara has made what could have been an uncomfortable situation very comfortable. She is friendly very knowledgeable, and puts you the patient and your medical needs 1st.. Highly recommend.
If I could give less than one star, I would. The actual care I received from the therapist was as I expected it to be and I have no complaints about her. However, the way they choose to bill appointments is as a hospital outpatient visit, even though the appointments take place in a doctors office. Due to this, I was left with a $900 bill for my very first appointment when my co-pay should have only been $50 had the appointment been billed properly and ethically. The services here are outstanding however be prepared to pay almost $1,000 for the first eval appt and $400 each appt after that.
