Been coming here for a few years now and every time I have my blood drawn they are very kind and efficient. They get you in and out and don’t rush you either.
ProMedica Laboratories - Rossford is great! 1) Great parking and short walk 2) Fast registration with very kind Receptionist 3) Neat, clean and professional Waiting Room 4) Short wait times 5) Amazing Phlebotomists. I often go to other labs and they poke me three to four times. Every time I've been to this lab, one time and done. 5) My physicians are out-of-state. They get the results to them quickly and as a result I get them quickly also. Thank you Promedica Laboratories - Rossford!
My son had to get a blood draw and he is only 2 so I was a bit nervous. But they did AMAZING! Very quick no wait and the phlebotomist bobbi was the best!
They say 8A to 4P for their hours but they are closed for 1 1/2 for lunch. Also, if you don't get there by 3:30pm don't bother. They lock the doors for incoming clients. Otherwise they are fairly decent.
Office hours posted do not match when the lab is open. They close 12pm-1pm daily for lunch FYI so you do not waste your time driving over there.
