Dawn is awesome! My little one is comfortable with her, which makes the blood draws so much easier and stress-free. She is very kind and considerate, and generally gives off great vibes.

I am not sure if Promedica is aware of this thing called HIPAA. But from where I am sitting waiting for my turn to get a blood draw it is overly apparent they do not! The lab tech has made the 2 pts ahead of me verify PHI with the door to the lab wide open very unprofessional. Hopefully the actual blood draw goes better then my wait has been. *edited after draw* so disappointed I have to leave only one star Tech was very friendly but I asked if I could shut the door while she verifies my PHI then open door back up and she lo... read more
