Deana, their check-in person, needs a refresher in being the front of the clinic. No hello, just a slack-jawed, "what's your last name," and eye-rolls for me, "not being in the system." Just rude otherwise. Think about going somewhere else. Maybe with her 15 years of service, she's a little burned out?
I was in and out in no time
Show up at 2:51 ( I know close to closing but those are still VERY MUCH under the hours of operation) and usually it takes about 3 minutes to draw my blood. Front sends me to the hospital because one lab requires a wait after it’s spun (I understand, just don’t draw that one). Nope sends me to the hospital because it’s “one poke”.
