Absolutely horrible. My oxygen concentrator isn't working. My primary advised me to call the Medical supply company to have a tech come check it. I called at 10am. By 1pm no phone call or communication and I had to be at work at 3pm. The oxygen is imperative as my O2 levels bottom out in the mid 80%. I called the company to check the status. Customer service lady raised her voice at me was not helpful at all and said well if you're not there you need to reschedule. So im not going to have my oxygen tonight, really?? My experience since oe myer stopped providing service has been awful, I can't get bi Pap supplies, customer service is nonexistent, unless you're looking for excuses. To the owner Please send me a check for doing absolutely nothing. Use the money you throw away on building rent and payroll . I promise the same level of service you're providing now .

Went in with an order from my doctor for new sleep apnea supplies, they told me they no longer carry anything in the store and it’d be shipped to me. This was 4 months ago, I’ve not received anything and no one answers the phone. Terrible.

Tried calling was on hold for over hour and half to reach someone then got hung up on called back and still waiting to talk to someone
