This place is always so helpful. I did however realize that the phone number listed is the wrong number. The only thing wrong was the area code. Listed as 419 but the proper area code was 567. I have submitted an edit through Google to change the number.

First time I arrived to refill my CPAP supplies prior to November 1st, I was told they couldn't refill my script because it was almost expired. It was nothing but pure laziness my script wasn't expired yet. Nobody ever answers the phone..... Tried calling numerous times to see if my script was faxed over. The phone just rang endlessly and one time it actually disconnected the call. Finally I went in and was told that they didn't have the script. Would've been nice to talk to someone on the phone before I drove over.
