Set up am appointment here for a neurology appointment. Called and got multiple very rude responses that they dont have a neurology clinic here. Very unorganized and unprofessional, had to find an appointment somewhere else and wait another couple of months for it.
Any urgent care facility could do a better job of exmaning you. I was treated by Dr Smith and while he was amicable I found him to lack the thoroughness I have experienced in any other facility I have ever visited for treatment. A person certified in First Aid would have given a more in depth review of thier patients condition.
First experience visiting Herrick ER was top notch. Staff was friendly, compassionate, make sure my needs were met, ran all possible test making sure they covered all basis..
