So the curly haired woman that did my Mamogram was rather rude. I asked her isn’t that a little high ( the part of the machine where your breast goes) Her rude reply was “. I’ve been doing mammography for a long time , I know what I’m doing! “ Then she said” I’m just going to note that I couldn’t get enough compression “ The first side was so high I was practically on my tiptoes . After over a month wait to see a breast surgeon only be told it will be another month until surgery is not something someone should have to hear after being diagnosed with breast cancer. Then not healing and infections still 4 months later. Cultures not taken. This office is not updated or educated on NCCN guidelines on breast cancer or after treatment care. Completely discouraging. I would not recommend this office for any breast cancer needs.

My wife had to come to Flower hospital for breast cancer surgery. When you enter the ER area where patients wait, this is also where surgery patients enter, she came before me so I could park. I came in a few minutes later and did not know where to go so I asked the nurse setting at the ER desk and she was vary rude and not patient friendly. I ask where to go and she just looked at her computer and said she not in the ER I again explained to her that my wife was here for surgery. She rudely said I need to go over there to fi... read more
