I arrived at my appointment 20 minutes early. The receptionist is rude, another lady opened a door, grabbed a sheet of paper from the desk and said absolutely nothing but standing there with an attitude. It is now 10 minutes after my appointment an nothing from these women. They both look miserable and it is just not a good experience.
