Worst ER visit I've ever experienced!!!! The doctor lied to me!!! She was the most inept doctor I've ever seen!!! The ER doctor did nothing for me!!! I left!!!! I will never go to promedica again!!!! But, if you want to go to a hospital for medical attention and not receive any help and you want to die!!! By all means go to promedica in defiance!!!!

Don't go to the ER past 6pm unless you want to be worse off than when you came in.

This is the most horrible medical facility around. Must be why they have thier own security around. Because if you question anything they do you can get arrested. This hospital plays to much politics with patients! All people have the right to question Doctors and staff at any hospital. Should be able to get a straight answer with any question regarding medical treatment. I do not recommend this hospital in the way they treat the patients. I took my stepdaughter in tonight with knee pain and swelling from a suspected muscle injury, and it's like the doctor didn't even listen to our concern. She was wearing a knee brace, and we didn't even have reason to suspect any broken bones, yet the doctor ordered an x-ray, and told her to ice and elevate and follow up with the family physician. It was a complete waste of a trip. We didn't find out anything about her muscle injury, and we already knew she didn't have any broken bones. She's a speed skater, and we're worrie... read more
