1 Star. They dont actually care about people, they just want your insurance card to bill you for things you dont need and then wont sign the order for thing you do actually need. They deserve the 1 star they have.....
Worst ER visit I've ever experienced!!!! The doctor lied to me!!! She was the most inept doctor I've ever seen!!! The ER doctor did nothing for me!!! I left!!!! I will never go to promedica again!!!! But, if you want to go to a hospital for medical attention and not receive any help and you want to die!!! By all means go to promedica in defiance!!!!
Don't go to the ER past 6pm unless you want to be worse off than when you came in.
Slowest er ever
This is the most horrible medical facility around. Must be why they have thier own security around. Because if you question anything they do you can get arrested. This hospital plays to much politics with patients! All people have the right to question Doctors and staff at any hospital. Should be able to get a straight answer with any question regarding medical treatment. I do not recommend this hospital in the way they treat the patients.
