I have been there 3 times now to the ER for my foot, there is a pruturding screw about to pop out of my foot, and Ive been ignored and dismissed. Went to the foot doctor like they said, and guess what? Also being dismissed. No where in defiance cares about this, and this can cause infection if it breaks through, it can cause me to bleed out and again, dismissed. I am being medically neglected by all of promedica.

Definitely would not recommend this ER. Very disappointed in the triage process. The nurse's were very nice but left and never returned. The only thing positive was the X-ray machine that comes into the room and the tech he was very professional and cared more then the nurse practitioner. My husband and I agree neither of us would ever go back to her again. This is a glorified bandaid station not a quality working E.R.

Wife went to urgent twice in the past 2 days an was treated very poorly by both nurses she was seen by an treated like a child. As an employee of this company I am very upset that she was treated the way she was both times an for any other patient to be treated so poorly by the nurses. Chloe on the other hand was very polite an extremely professional.

I went to ER with a horrible pain in my left leg. Thrombosis signs. I checked in with the receptionist and she told me to sit down and wait. The place was empty and nobody cared about me, even though I’ve got 3 different medical insurances. I left Promedica hospital to find help at Mercy Hospital. They took me right away to the emergency room.

Rudest staff I’ve ever come across. Dr was rude and dismissed me like a child..told me to contact my family doctor.
