I went to ER with a horrible pain in my left leg. Thrombosis signs. I checked in with the receptionist and she told me to sit down and wait. The place was empty and nobody cared about me, even though I’ve got 3 different medical insurances. I left Promedica hospital to find help at Mercy Hospital. They took me right away to the emergency room.
Rudest staff I’ve ever come across. Dr was rude and dismissed me like a child..told me to contact my family doctor.
1 Star. They dont actually care about people, they just want your insurance card to bill you for things you dont need and then wont sign the order for thing you do actually need. They deserve the 1 star they have.....
Worst ER visit I've ever experienced!!!! The doctor lied to me!!! She was the most inept doctor I've ever seen!!! The ER doctor did nothing for me!!! I left!!!! I will never go to promedica again!!!! But, if you want to go to a hospital for medical attention and not receive any help and you want to die!!! By all means go to promedica in defiance!!!!
Don't go to the ER past 6pm unless you want to be worse off than when you came in.
