I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hospital at Coldwater Regional. The level of care and communication from both nurses and doctors was disappointing and unprofessional. Staff acted as if patients were an inconvenience instead of people who need help. Wait times were excessive, updates were rare, and the attitude from several employees felt cold and dismissive. If I could give this -10 starts I would. I went into the er with the flu hoping they would help. They didn’t. They didn’t listen to my lungs or weigh me. They left me in the room for two hours for nothing. that idiot doctor gave me two Tylenol and told me to get rest and plenty of fluids. I went back in to my regular doctor four days later bc my symptoms worsened and they hooked me up with medicine to help me feel comfortable. NEVER GO HERE ITS THE WORST I SUGGEST TRAVELING TO Marshall or Angola!
This is the worst ER experience yet. Rude staff. Inhumane treatment. My 9 year old daughter comes in. She is freezing and had a diarrhea accident on the way in. We were told to sit and wait. 3 people in the waiting room and watched 5 people leave from the back in an hour. She still didn't get into triage. After asking for a blanket to at least get her warm the staff got really rude and I got yelled at by a nurse. They don't have OB anymore. My wife water broke and we headed to this place. The day after they closed their OB. staffs are friendly and kind. Really fast response. We ended up lost our son very next day and my wife got sepsis, I almost lose my wife too at the same time. Fortunately I went to the right ER after she delivered dead baby at home If there is any emergency situation I'd like to be here but pregnancy emergency. I removed a star because you guys don't have OB anymore. :(
Some of the rudest behavior insinuating questions and tones around. I expect in a crisis when injured to be treated as a person who deserves it and am waiting your precious staffs time. Get a new career maybe putting down animals?
