I wish there were a zero; alas, there is not. I truly have never experienced such unprofessional behavior by staff- rude, condescending, unprofessional, gaslighting. They ignored me as a patient. Made statements of promise and did not follow through. I would not go here even in a dire emergency. Dr. Miller, nurse Mary, and Social worker Elizabeth Davis all need to be called out for their unprofessionalism. This is my second terrible experience here with my child. The first time was last year, she broke her leg which they did x-rays to confirm, then the doctor out the temporary splint on, BELOW the break!! (According to the Orthopedic surgeon days later) My second visit was tonight, 5 year old child got a piece of large pencil lead stuck in her ear, it didn't hurt at all though.
