This place needs some action taken. The staff sitting doing nothing on phones, and computers. imo this is like an overpriced Urgent care with ties to a hospital. I had gone in bc I was having abdominal cramping and diarrhea and Vomiting I passed out at home. Hubby brought me in they put an IV in and than give me a pain medicine and anti nausea meds but said my iron was low. Didn't want to prescribe any iron pills or laxative for the iron, I am anemic but they couldn't give me some iron through the IV and try n get my hemoglo... read more
Came in with ulcer pain, visit went well and staff was friendly but it took two ladies over 10 pokes with a large (cat scan with dye size) needle to get a vein and do blood work. Definitely think they all need to have a refresher class on putting in IVS. My arm is awful.
Will never go to another promedica facility ever. Came in with an ankle injury, they said it was sprained and then prescribed a boot, went to get the script fulled and it needed the physician documentation of the er visit, and their ER would not send the er visit notes to my insurance so it could be approved and covered, so I had to pay out of pocket for the boot. Then when I followed up with my physician they found my ankle was broken in 2 spots and later even found a 3rd break when the swelling finally went down. Seriously... read more
Diagnosed my husband with "cannabis hyperemesis syndrome". We went to another hospital, he was given a bacteria test, he has LISTERIA. A simple test wouldve told you that. But you just went off the fact that he smokes weed. Stop giving blanket statements/diagnosis, just because you do not want to actually work. Get some proper education before telling people they have some random disease becausewhe is a budtender. The absolute DISCRIMINATION, over his JOB as a budtender.
