I am currently in the ER, and I'm about to be discharged. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. Especially my nurse, Hailie.
I wish there were a zero; alas, there is not. I truly have never experienced such unprofessional behavior by staff- rude, condescending, unprofessional, gaslighting. They ignored me as a patient. Made statements of promise and did not follow through. I would not go here even in a dire emergency. Dr. Miller, nurse Mary, and Social worker Elizabeth Davis all need to be called out for their unprofessionalism.
