The staff at Promedica Cardiac Rehab Sylvania are incredible. They never failed to encourage me, lift me up, challenge me, monitor me, and listen to me throughout the program. I not only noticed a difference in my weight, but I noticed a difference in my eating habits, strength, cardiac health, and mental health while doing the program.
