Went to the ER the first time for an infected finger. The doctor put 4 needles in my finger to numb it and then cut open the side of my finger to drain the infection and told me to come back in 2 days if it wasn’t any better and they would put me to sleep and do a procedure. I go back two days later and they say they have to numb my finger and do the same thing all over again. I told them no because the needles going in hurt way more than the finger pain and if it didn’t help it the first time then why would it help the seco... read more

Never even had service done at this hospital. Urgent care sent my labs here and they incorrectly sent me to debt collectors after only giving me one bill which I thought I sorted immediately. Didn’t even tell me that the insurance didn’t cover all of the bill. I found out I still had a bill here when my credit score dropped due to the debt collectors. Even the customer service rep I spoke to said it shouldn’t have gotten sent to debt collectors (even told me it hadn’t been sent there until I explained to her that it was most... read more

If you have to resort going to the hospital this would be the last place i would take someone ever again. Was there for 5.45 hours but we were cleared at 4 hours and waited an extra 1 1/2 just to get the Dr. to sign discharge papers the nurses were really rude except the techs sat there and watch the dr. sit there for an hour and did nothing.
